13th of June 2010 in the ancient Saami village Lovozero, Murmansk Region the traditional ”Saami Games” were held in the 25th time. FRECOM has supported this Jubilee Celebration, promoting preservation and increase of Saami traditions, cultural convergence of the peoples of Russia.

2009 YEAR IN REVIEW        

FRECOM LTD was one of the first independent Russian consultancies to offer professional environmental protection and industrial safety services in the Russian Federation. Since its foundation in 1993 FRECOM has become a leader in the given sphere of activity, having successfully completed more than 200 specialized projects both in Russia and near abroad.
 
Leading industrial corporations and businesses, administrations of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, international and home financial institutions, foreign consulting and engineering firms employ FRECOMs services.
 
Companys management places special emphasis on quality assurance, safety and environmental issues in the course of works and services. Focused on continuous improvement principle, Quality Assurance Policy and Safety and Environmental Policy were accepted and introduced by the Company.
 
FRECOM has introduced Quality Management System, which was certified for compliance with international standard ISO 9001:2000. The Certificate was issued by Bureau Veritas Certification, an international certification agency, in 2005. The recertification procedure was successfully completed in 2008. FRECOM Ltd. Quality Management System was updated to new version of ISO 9001:2008 in 2009.
 
FRECOM Ltd. has got following competency certificates and licenses:
  1. Competency certificate for works, related to designing of project documentation 
  2. Competency certificate for works, related to engineering survey
  3. License for cartographical works
  4. License for works, related to use of information classified as state secret
